Thierry always had an intuition that if his creative side were to break through, its way would be food. He gave it a hand by starting an apprenticeship as cook in order to learn how to turn ideas into recipes and recipes into meals. After many years of refining his craft, Thierry left Switzerland to find inspiration in foreign cultures and kitchens. Equipped with new techniques and visions he returned and soon after launched his first own business, Fuchs & Corrà Catering, that would quickly become a top provider of high-class food.
Now, a creative heart rarely rests. On the way of his inventive endeavor, Thierry became friends with photographer Simon Bolzern who agreed to teach him the art of photography. Simon, famed for his fashion, stills, and food pictures was the perfect guide for Thierry’s development and shared with him the ways of staging edibles so that they would tell an epic story.
Having paid close attention to his journey’s lessons and practiced his skills tirelessly, the world of advertising warmly welcomed Thierry’s creative talent and productive spirit. In the years since he started work as a food stylist, Thierry has established a large, solid, and inspiring network of local and global businesses and even touched base with Hollywood. A tireless creator, he has lately begun offering original recipes for packaging projects and has a multi-year track record as successful father to two hungry kids.
